I find myself saying this about many of the practices I’ve explored, but tea ceremony has been one of the most healing and transformative experiences in my life.

I came to it somewhat by accident. I was looking for a simple morning routine—I don’t drink coffee—and was drawn to the ritual of traditional Chinese gong fu tea. The small teapots, the cups, the intentionality of the process… something about it called to me. So I gathered what I needed and began a daily practice.

Very quickly, something shifted.

What began as a quiet ritual became a profound teacher. After years of navigating depression and doing deep healing work, tea offered me a new way of being—one that supported my body and energy in moving through and releasing heavier emotional states. It wasn’t about forcing change, but about learning how to sit, listen, and allow transformation to happen naturally.

Over time, tea has become a steady companion. A presence I return to again and again—especially in moments of challenge, transition, or deep feeling. It offers a kind of guidance that is subtle, grounding, and deeply supportive.

Tea ceremony is, for me, a practice of presence, relationship, and listening.

Many people are familiar with the benefits of ongoing therapy—but sometimes a more focused approach is exactly what’s needed.

I incorporate hypnosis into my therapy sessions, and I also offer dedicated hypnotherapy sessions for those who want to work with this modality on its own. This can be especially supportive if you’re working with a specific issue, seeking short-term support, or looking for a more targeted experience.

Hypnosis is often effective in a relatively short timeframe—typically 1–6 sessions—depending on what you’re looking to explore.

From a place of acceptance, we begin by getting curious—about your experience, your story, and what it means to be you in this world. Together, we take time to listen closely, explore what’s present, and gently uncover what may be most supportive for you and your desires.

My intention is to support you in living in a way that feels true and aligned for you. Through curiosity, awareness, and exploration, we can begin to recognize and shift anything that may be standing in the way.

I am drawn to depth-oriented work that supports you in connecting with your true nature, your inner guidance, and the deeper wisdom that lives within you. Together, we explore both the strengths you carry and the places that may need attention, care, or integration.

My work is integrative and responsive to each individual. I draw from a range of approaches including mindfulness, somatic awareness, imagery, attachment-based therapy, Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, play-based exploration, hypnosis, and Family Constellation work.

Rather than following a fixed method, I meet you where you are—allowing the work to unfold in a way that feels natural and supportive.
