Hi, I’m Jillian.
My path into this work began early. At 16, I knew I wanted to become a hypnotherapist after learning it was one of the most effective ways to create meaningful change. That curiosity led me into a lifelong exploration of healing—both through scientific study and experiential, intuitive practices.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Portland State University and later a Master’s degree in Psychology with a counseling focus from Saybrook University. Along the way, I became a mother—one of my greatest teachers—and developed a deep respect for the complexity and resilience of the human experience.
Bridging Science & the Unseen
My work has always lived at the intersection of the practical and the intuitive.
Alongside formal education, I explored a wide range of healing modalities including hypnosis, energy work, attachment-based therapy, movement, art, and relational practices such as Nonviolent Communication. I also co-created a community healing space in Portland, Oregon, where we hosted gatherings centered around connection, exploration, and shared growth.
These experiences shaped my understanding that healing is not one-dimensional—it is layered, relational, and deeply human.
The Evolution of My Work
After years of practicing hypnotherapy and energy work, I felt called to deepen my ability to support clients over time. This led me into graduate school and more relational, long-term therapeutic work, including training in attachment-based psychotherapy.
During a period of global pause and personal transition, I stepped back from counseling and devoted time to art, travel, and reflection. It was during this time that I was introduced to Family Constellation work—a modality that profoundly shifted my perspective.
Why Family Constellations
Family Constellations has become the heart of my work.
It brings together many of the elements I’ve been drawn to over the years—depth psychology, relational healing, ancestral awareness, and experiential insight. In my experience, it offers a powerful way to access clarity and truth, often revealing underlying patterns that are difficult to reach through traditional approaches alone.
This work allows us to see what has been unseen, acknowledge what has been held, and open space for meaningful movement forward.
My Approach
I work with each client as a unique individual, drawing from a range of modalities depending on what feels most supportive. Sessions may include elements of Family Constellation work, guided inner exploration, and other integrative practices.
My intention is to create a grounded, compassionate space where you can explore what’s present for you—with curiosity, clarity, and care.
Beyond the Work
Outside of sessions, I love spending time in nature, enjoying tea ceremonies, dancing, and being with my family. My personal life continues to inform and deepen the way I show up in this work.
